Our multi quote option gets up to three “of our best network contractors” to respond to you with free quotes. We see this as an indirect service enabling you to deal with and pay your chosen contractor direct. Please provide written permission to contractors to enter a property if required.

Here our assessor will work with you (excludes an onsite visit), to find a dedicated tradesperson or contractor, saving you multiple appointments and valuable time. By using this service you’ll pay us directly, ideal if you need a one ‘supplier type’ payment setup.

Callout to Assess (1 hour)

Need advice on when something’s gone wrong at your property and before you request a quote? Book a “callout to assess (for us to see & measure)” appointment at a flat fee of R495.

If it’s something small, we may even be able to fix it at the same time. If it takes longer, we’ll add a Callout to Fix rate based on the 2 or more hourly rates.

Callout to Fix /Per hr

For our experienced clients who know what’s needed to fix or maintain your property, book and pre-pay for our quick fix service. You can book from 1 to10 hours, based on the size of the job.

Property Inspections

The best investment you can make this year, is to book us for a full property inspection. Our inspection includes a comprehensive check list, followed by a full report and a prioritised list of ‘must do’ fixes and foreseeable property maintenance to keep your property in tip top condition all year round.

Annual Property Maintenance Service

As a property owner, it’s vital to check and maintain your property each year. Having proof on annual maintenance may also support you for an essential insurance claim.

We can help you by:

• cleaning and maintenance of gutters, soffits and fascia boards, to prevent leaks and to prevent wildlife from nesting in your roof;
• checking, fixing and maintaining roofs and chimneys.
• servicing indoor fireplaces and gas hobs as well as their fire extinguishers;
• testing and changing batteries for CO2, fire and gas alarms; and
• cleaning drains, taps and shower head filters and more.

Most importantly, for your security, we’ll check and fix or maintain the integrity of your doors, windows, security gates, burglar bars and locks.

Our starting price for an annual property maintenance service is R5000.
